keep me a plate warm vols72,I'm on the way,i'll be there after i stop at Bocas :) even though he hasn't posted a picture of his lol

oh and i got bad news from the doctors :) my bad cholesterol is a bit high and from what little i have read so far,it seems i will have to change my eating habits,no burgers or dog,bacon and cheese it seems

how is one suppose to live like that ? :)

Those Dr's are just barbarian's,how do they expect you to live like that :)

My dad went through a period of that when I was in high school. I remember we would order a pepperoni pizza for the family and a ground beef pizza with no cheese for him. The workers always thought we were nuts for that order! Just give it time, get it down, and back to bad :)
 
Anyone have any experience with gator ribs? I found a place that has them available locally and thought it may be a nice addition to the FL week menu.

Have only fried gator before. I imagine ribs might be tricky. When frying you want to tenderize the fire out of it and be careful not too overcook or it can get chewy
