Cumin
Ancho chile
Espresso
Oregano
Garlic
Salt

Like there could be anything wrong with that.

Last month, I canned some red salsa that included espresso. Amazing.
lol yeah its actually not that different than their pork seasoning, but I'm not a big fan of the pork seasoning. I think its the ratio of black pepper in the beef rub that really puts it over the top. I would not hesitate to use this beef rub on any other smoked meat. Good stuff!

We have this sports bar down the street in Bradenton but the original location is in Buffalo. I ordered some wings from them last night and one of grilled flavors was Chiavetta's. I had never heard of this and decided to give it a try. They were delicious. So I ordered the sauce/marinade last night. It's sort of like Allegro or Dale's but a little different with a slight tang of vinegar. I can't wait to use this stuff.

If any of you have used it, please tell us what you think...how you use it, etc.
