No, your stuff always looks perfect. My filets were excellent, but they were just quality beef, salt, pepper and good execution. You cook like Ina and your presentation should be in Bon Appetit.

I eyed a couple of briskets at the store this afternoon...then thought maybe ribs...but gotta go to a funeral tomorrow and forecast is too crappy for Sunday.

So this is pretty exciting, I submitted an original recipe for an Asian Paella and was selected for the Traeger Meat Madness Tournament. If you wouldn't mind taking a minute to vote it would be greatly appreciated. I'm just a backyard chef and I don't have 1000s of followers.
