I hate to hear that. For the kid's sake, and also for the Vols...I'd much rather they crush a full-strength KY.

All im hearing right now is pouting Kentucky Fans mourning over the loss, Good Luck in the NIT because they won't go anywhere without him.

it's bad anytime a team loses a player to injury no matter what team it is...this will kill Kentucky's inside game...he man handled us last time

I hate that it is happening this way. Even if he's healthy we win imo, but now that leaves the delusional Kentucky fanbase an out. "We were missing our inside man no way you win with him in the lineup." I can hear it now.

Hate to see that for Patterson and hope he recovers well and goes on to the Bigs after the season, but I can't help but enjoy watching the fan meltdown.

Sunday's game just became much easier for the boys.

Let the excuses begin in KY. The only way to shut 'em up is to make sure the game ain't even close. Pour it on!!

I tend to agree, but I ease off when it relates to our next opponent.

eh, i was mostly being sarcastic about being first and the forum stuff. still sucks for the wildcats, but i'm ok with that.

I hate to see any player get hurt. He is definitely a player.

He's a great player and person. Not once did you see him question his decision on coming to UK. During the season when the team was in shambles you could always see that PP was giving it his all. I wish him good luck on recovering

Tough injury for the top freshman post player in the SEC. UT needs to stay focused because you still have to deal with their fine guards, but it certainly looks like we should take care of the cats a little easier. I feel we would have won with Patterson. Go Vols! Take the SEC Championship outright.
