Patterson has a stress fracture in his ankle and will miss the rest of the season. I only have this info through two different big time UK friends, so if someone has a link, possibly on catspause or somewhere else, please post it.

UK is definitely done. Their NCAA chances may have just gone out the window IMO. I don't see how they can even contend with UT Sunday nor do I see them making a run in the SEC Tourney.

Patterson is done for the year. Stress fracture to his left ankle. UK's season is over as well.... I'm sure this will be the hot topic on the call in shows tonight. The meltdown begins.

I'd almost rather him be OK because this means he definitely coming back next year. The kid can play.

I can't say I was looking forward to us having to play against him again, but I always hate to see someone get hurt, even if they are a Wildcat. Hopefully he has a good recovery.

Of course it helps us, but I really hate to see a guy like this go down. He's a tremendous athlete and will be a force for as long as he chooses to stay.

I hate he got hurt, but I'm glad it was this week and not next....though I really don't think we'll need the help at home. I hope he recovers well...he's a heck of a player.
