The Fulmerites are out in full force today.

Many of us are frustrated that JJ has been given 3 chances. The message seems to be that you will be punished only about the things that the public knows about. If I had to guess based on his freshman year, I would say that unless his turnaround was sincere, he will not be in the program his junior year.

I am not a Fulmer lover, in fact on TOS I was attacked consistently for my criticism. I really like Lane Kiffin and Monte Kiffin. I am concerned about the massive defections after year one from his coaching staff, and the fact that I am not hearing great things about what is expected from the coaches who have families.
I've defended Fulmer on a few occasions because I think alot of the comments made about him a rude and undeserving but you my friend consistently make some of the most illogical posts I've ever seen. First of all it's hard to take you serious when you have a username like Mike Hamilton Fan. Second of all did you get hit hard over the head real hard or some thing in that last few weeks? Because it's generally understood now that JJ committed no crime and the only wrong thing he did was get in the car with two of his teammates and go in to get a bag of Funions. As for the drug test failure, I'm willing to bet 70% of the team smokes weed, including guys who are leaders and very good people. If smoking weed makes you a punk and a problem child then this generation and the last couple generations behind it must be a bunch of punks that should be locked up. MASSIVE DEFECTIONS? ARE YOU KIDDING ME? Listen to what you are saying. We've lost coaches to better jobs. You seriously expect guys to stay here when they are getting offered DOUBLE the salary to coach in their home state? I hope you are just trying to stir up stuff because this is pretty laughable stuff here.

I am unwilling to go further into it, but JJ has done more, and as far as I understand his actions, if he was on video like Nu'keese was doing what he did (separate incident) the DA would be pressing charges.

That would be because you don't know any more.

Good post overall, I agree with what you are saying, but did you seriously call someone else out for their username? :jpshakehead:

I heard Fulmer on Nashville sports radio today..the Doug Matthews show, I shouldn't even call it a show, he wouldn't ask him anything relative TO Tennessee football except if he ever went over the 20 hour of practice NCAA regulation. Listening to the show I realized that I like Fulmer alot more now than I did a year or two ago, when he was asked about any of the other BCS bowls he said the Florida/Boise State game should be good.:eek:k:

do you mean florida/cincinnati? Or did Fulmer get it wrong on the show?

And to the OP, I am a Fulmer fan and a Kiffin fan. May be an anomaly to many of you out there but it is possible to support Kiffin without having to bash Fulmer. If that makes me a Fulmerite then so be it, that term is tossed around on here as loosely as "liberal" is on Rush Limbaugh's show anyway....

Phil, living it up on all the UT millions in buyout cash he walked away with, after bringing the program down to nothing. What a deal!!!!
