Hehe. Those hippies wouldn't know what a ball is. Commies don't like sports! They'd be like "what is this BALL you speak of.... I'm leaving the save the owl protest early to go to the don't cut down a tree rally, then stopping by at the PRO abortion sit in!"

Why? Maybe we're not as hung up on the former coaches as you are. In case you've missed it, I've not brought up the former coach in a LONG time. I've discussed after the likes of you bring him up, or call me a Martin lover or something. But unless that happens, I've voiced my thoughts about the current coach. Which rubs several the wrong way, but that's when they go "Why aren't you on a Cal board?"

They were pretty hung up when he was winning but not so much since he sucks a&&.

Cuonzo is not head coach material. The man admitted to not knowing how to run a zone d. Fantastic person, but hed be much better suited as an assistant.

as a two degree grad from UT, living 15 minutes from Berkeley and having worked in and led tech firms out here since 1996 i can tell you that your are completely clueless. stick to bb, the vols will give us plenty of enjoyment over the next few years!!!

I don't wish Zo any ill will either. I don't dislike the man. I disagree with those that say we should just leave it alone. He made remarks that basically said he quit on our program.

I don't have to root for Cal to lose either. It's inevitable. It's what bad coaches do. Zo is an inept basketball coach and his team will invariably lose long term. Of course the folks who defended him so vehemently last year want to just "move on" and not have his name brought up anymore.

I'm I the only one who now actually watches Auburn games, and rooting against them. I probably should root for them, but I can't.

This was one of the positions I took and was deemed crazy once again. The Great Kreskin doesn't miss much including his stats when he ran the 1-3-1 that could have given him the national championship last year had he used it. The players were outstanding when they ran it!

I don't recall that about the zone defense. But I do recall watching his teams play against a zone on offense, and they had no clue. Didn't know where the high post was on a 2-3 zone.

I admit that I supported the man for 2.5+ years. I finally broke in our second loss to A&M. But I was on record saying that we needed to wait to see how last year turned out, and it was best for everyone to move on. It appears that we got the best of that- a Sweet 16 run with a last second loss and a hell of a new coach.

I don't actively root against them, but I wouldn't shed a tear if Pearl never got them winning.

I don't know if anyone has mentioned this but Cal lost to the #345 RPI team. It seems like Cuonzo can really under-motivate his players sometimes. How do you lose to the #345 RPI team? He might not last more than a year.

I'm a BP fan as you can tell from my avatar. But, I'm more of a DT fan now. I won't change my avatar though until I find out he is going to stick around and he also produces a good avatar photo. Doubt you'll see DT wear orange paint.
