Devrin made the list with 95 speed and 96 acceleration. I thought Neal was the fastest guy on the team?

FWIW Neal and Young both competed in the 60m with the UT track team in 2012 and Young's best beat Neal's best. (6.91 vs 7.00)

Regardless it's a dubious list. Even at a glance the fact that Damiere Byrd isn't on there kinda invalidates the whole thing.
