That guy who ran out on the field could sue that security guard and probably win. The problem is the use of force commensurate with the infraction.

That guy who ran out there could sue that security guard and probably win. The use of force by the guard is not commensurate with the infraction. No one was in immediate physical danger of that guy running on the field. The use of force by the guard was unnecessary, excessive and unwarranted.

It was awesome to see...just sayin'. You know how people are in this litigious society we live in.

It could easily be argued in court that the security guard could have easily stopped the guy without using that kind of force and that he should have at least tried.

I work right beside the security guy at our day job lol he def was tryna decapitate him.... he always said when he got the chance he was going for the kill

If you don't tackle them like that you run risk of having a bunch more fans run on the field.

I won't be getting sued. He broke the law.. trespassing, public intoxication, & disorderly conduct what he is being charged with.

Apparently the KNS and some other news sources were very impressed with the jerk. Stories AND a picture. Dumb choice by him and news.
