They're just providing locker room material for the Gators. ESPN would do that

Intentional or not... I really don't care for all the build up of UT right now. Too many possibilities that it could hurt the attitude of the team or motivate the opponent.

There is a significant fall off the pedestal that's been created already.

Remember.... they pumped Cincy too.

Do the Gator posters really believe they have backs that can cover Hunter and Rogers?

Truthfully now...

I think we have a secondary that can cover them better than the effort by Cincinnati, yes. And a pass rush that will enhance the coverage schemes.

Stop them? Not completely. But contain them, I hope so.

Yup. Your secondary can cover them about as good as Cincy's. Roll the bean footage : DaRick double covered in the endzone - sandwiched - dehelmeted - and ends up sitting in the end zone, arms out stretched with the ball in one hand and a sh#t eating grin from ear to ear. Yup, your secondary can cover him.

As i read that I honestly dont see anything that can be used as locker room material unless you take logic out the equation. "oh noes these two kids want to be elite and are working toward it" if that is locker room material then those kids are pretty damn dense. Elam is providing locker room material because his comments are not general... they are specific.

Either everybody's crying over NO publicity, or TOO much. How about we just cheer for the VOLS and find something better to do!

It's safe to say espn will jump on any bandwagon & kick just about anybody when they're down.

Heaven forbid Tennessee get some respect from the media. My God, step away from the edge.

You are welcome to search my post. I seldom comment on the sports media. I think most people know they are a bunch of blowhards. My only concern is how a very young team might react to some blowhard who is trying to pump this game up.

sometimes.....

"Sophomores Justin Hunter and Da'Rick Rogers have been sensational through two games this season. They’ve combined for 31 catches, 502 receiving yards and five touchdowns.

They also have one of the hottest quarterbacks in the country throwing to them. Fellow sophomore Tyler Bray leads the SEC in passing with 698 yards, seven touchdowns and no interceptions.

If the three of them were playing basketball right now, the rim would look like a crater on the moon.
That’s how hot they are."
