The .22 round and the envelope only partially share two alleles. Probably narrows down possible persons who touched one of those things to less than 500 million.
Further, remember when they run this against databases, the only persons that are going to come up are persons in the database, i.e., criminals for the most part. It is common for two individuals to share 2 alleles. So, the fact that the envelope and the casing only partially match on two alleles really says nothing at all.
