The Elder Scrolls IV: Oblivion Remake

I think they would have to go back and add a TON of assets to make Morrowind worth upgrading. I remember most of the country side being without any real texture, and definitely without anything more than trees, and rocks to keep you from leaving a path.

sure they could make the existing stuff prettier, but it would feel pretty empty imo. Morrowind is fun, but it doesn't stand up to the test of time as much as the others have. imo.

Right. It'd have to be from the ground up.

Though I'll say this. I replayed it 4 or 5 years ago, and it was one of the most refreshing gaming experiences I had in a long time. It doesn't hold your hand. No waypoints, limited fast travel, you actually had to read your question journal, asinine combat... it was great.

I just remember it being even clunkier than Oblivion. and far beyond combat. Some basic sorting/filtering for the UI would go a LONG way.

and for the reasons you mentioned you had better not put down a save, and try to pick it up months later. good luck trying to remember wtf you were supposed to be doing or where to go.

I also remember getting stuck from leveling by those dang flying enemies. they would never come down to fight, but you could never sleep with them around to level up. they would follow you wherever. hated them with a passion.

Threw a dagon cup I needed away to finish the final quests. No warning. No don’t do this. Just let me toss it. 200 plus hours played and I could never find the cup again. Game was punishing with volcano territory etc.

Definitely could be upgraded with the DLC content and werewolves built into main game.

Did you play it on PC? Because I can really give you some FOMO if you did.

I wanna play this and the ultimate underworld semi remakdidn't.
Good. I was going to tell you that you could have used the tilde key and a console command to make the item appear in your inventory.

Would been something like player>additem "SixthHouseCup" 1

Crazy how you can remember something from like 20 years ago lol.

Morrowind was the gaming equivalent of drinking out of the garden hose, to me.

Cliff racers are ehat you're thinking of. I can still hear them in my nightmares.

There was a mod that gave a hydra effect. Kill one racer, two spawn in its place. Lol.
