A little boy lives with his parents, who argue and fight constantly and regularly take their anger out on him, usually by physical abuse. Eventually they decide that a divorce would be best for everyone. At the custody hearing, the judge asks the little boy, "Who do you want to live with? Your mom?" But the boy says, "No. She beats me."
The judge then asks, "Well, do you want to live with your dad?" But the boy replies, "No. He beats me too."
The judge, annoyed and confused, then asks, "Well then who do you want to live with?"
The boy then replies, with a giant smile on his face, "With the Vanderbilt football team. They don't beat anybody!"
