Florida Gov. Ron DeSantis slammed Disney's attempt to satiate its woke workforce by criticizing the state's so-called 'Don't Say Gay' bill, yet failing to condemn China's genocide of the Uyghurs and allegedly bowing to its censorship requests - what he called 'more worse than silence.'

'Disney has actively endorsed the CCP's [Chinese Communist Party's] mistreatment of ethnic and religious minorities,' DeSantis' spokeswoman Christina Pushaw told FOX Business.

'Disney's live-action film Mulan (2020) was filmed in Xinjiang, with Uyghur internment camps edited out of the background. Disney actually thanked Xinjiang CCP officials in the credits of the movie.'

DeSantis, in a speech on Tuesday after he signed the bill into law Monday, then slammed the House of Mouse for trying to dictate policy.

'For Disney to come out and put a statement and say that the bill should have never passed and they are going to actively work to repeal it - I think, one, was fundamentally dishonest. But two, I think that crossed the line,' DeSantis said during a press conference.

His comments this week echoed similar sentiments he made in December, saying at the time: 'If you look at how these major companies behave when faced with Chinese disapproval, they censor what the CCP tells them to censor and we see groveling apologies.'

Because when pandering you go for the easiest mark. Who would say third graders should know anything about sexuality?

Sixth graders not as easy a shameless plug for oneself as being against it for third graders.

And from what I read there had been a lot of gay educating of third graders in Florida schools so thank God he is on top of this rampant problem! /blue font

The people opposing DeSantis and his efforts to stop allowing public schools to groom K through 3 kids to produce a new generation of “recruits” for their lifestyle. You either believe parents should have the ability to direct the education of their Children or else the Hollywood elites do. I side with DeSantis and parents. Who do you side with? The Disney’s and Harvey Weinsteins or simple American parents who want their child to have a few years before being force fed the full sewer flow of our hyper sexualized so called “culture”?

My kid hasn't been subjected to Harvey Weinstein/Hollywood recruitment to be homosexual. We live in Georgia. My brother lives in Tampa. He also hasn't seen this with his. It's a made up problem to pander to the cheap seats. You are usually more aware then this.

Fiscal conservatism & small government ideals only exist as campaign talking points of convenience. The GOP has no interest is spending less or ceding centralized power, they only steer it in a different direction than Dems.

Well thanks much! I have now learned something new for today which is a daily goal to which i aspire. I have been mulling over the Affair Dreyfus (now I at least KNOW the historical word play I am making here 😉) and i have come to the realization that Chief Inspector Dreyfus is what happens when a competent, sane, and rational man sees the world around him now being governed by and rewarding absolute idiocy. Dreyfus was unable to comprehend that a civilization founded on rational principles was being directed by fools. It caused a mental break. Exactly the situation thinking men face today in the West 😂. Hopefully me being able to laugh at the absurdity will keep me sane. That and a certainly that God remains in ultimate control and WILL accomplish what He wills. So I either laugh and trust or else I would develop this0ECC102D-A409-46E1-9919-79552414559B.gif
