The Deportation of Kilmar Armando Abrego Garcia

I agree he should not have been sent to that specific country.

I’ve stated my stance numerous times. He should be brought back. Seen by an immigration judge immediately. Then immediately sent back to El Salvador or a neighboring country

That would be a violation of federal law.

It’s not illegal to return him to face trial. That’s an insane argument.

There is no trial. Yes, something is insane here... you don't understand any of it.

He has already been determined to be an illegal under Law whether through immigration process or aea. Jesus. He is in FACT under Law an illegal alien, and the executive branch has designated him a member of a terrorist group as well.

His nine lives are spent.

Negative. If the Supreme Court wants a dog and pony show, it should be done. It’s in no way illegal to abide by a Supreme Court ruling

That is not what the Supreme Court said or is doing. Under the immigration case his determination was already set i.e. HE's an ILLEGAL ALIEN. However, the immigration process resulted in stay of the deportation, but he has a deportation order. SO - HE IS AN ILLEGAL ALIEN. Further, the executive branch made a further determination as to his status that he is an ILLEGAL ALIEN subject to removal via the AEA.

The Supreme Court is saying the immigration process should continue and he should be a part of the process, but the Supreme Court doesn't have authority to suspend criminal liability. If you try and help him come into the country at this stage, you could be criminally prosecuted not only for helping an illegal alien but possibly additional violations of law as he is terrorist.

The Supreme Court doesn't like it that the AEA was used instead of removing the stay but there isn't much they can do about unless the executive branch wants it.

The U.S. could shoot a Hellfire missile on the guy.

LSU lives in a world where he just takes the bits and pieces he wants, and applies them however he wants to apply, to whatever world view he has already created.

No. These are simply observations. You are arguing because you are not getting what you want, you can either listen or don't.

I don't even know what you guys are arguing.... HE IS IN FACT AN ILLEGAL ALIEN UNDER LAW. There is no changing that.

under the law the admin did not follow...

just because the cops catch someone murdering somebody with full blown body camera video, and full blown confession, evidence galore, and everything; doesn't mean the guy goes straight to his final 25 to life prison. if the process hasn't been carried out, the admin can't contend that something was done "under the law", even if the outcome isn't challenged. the process matters. the Constitution states that.

It looks like they did follow the law, there simply isn't much to follow, just my opinion. See AEA.

You are arguing you want the Law to be something it isn't.

That doesn't mean mistakes can't be made but all these people could have gotten even another shot at remedy even if they were made, and irreparable harm doesn't appear to have been done by the U.S.

The OJ situation was the 1st time I really notices how the media affected and pushed a certain narrative. They accused America of wanting him guilty because he was black, yet OJ, was loved by America, he was popular, he was in the naked gun movies. They pushed a lie and it ended up freeing a guy who killed his wife and another.
It wasn't the media. I watched and read the media during the trial and it seemed very clear that he was guilty. The deciding factor on the verdict in my view was the competence of the opposing legal teams.

I am talking about public opinion. The media pushed this narrative that if he was convicted it was because he was a black man. I also followed it and I thought it didn't make any sense because of OJ's popularity. They continue to push this narrative that he was being attacked and on trial because he was black and that he would probably be convicted because he was black.

The White House released a splitscreen image overnight to underscore the stark contrast between where Republicans and Democrats stand on illegal immigration.

One image featured distraught Angel Mom Patty Morin being comforted by President Trump in the Oval Office. Morin’s daughter, Rachel Morin, was savagely beaten, raped and killed in Maryland by an illegal migrant from El Salvador in 2023.

Stephen Miller Lists Consequences When Democrats Help ‘Criminal, Wife-Beating, Terrorist Illegal Aliens’

White House Deputy Chief of Staff Stephen Miller appeared on Fox News Thursday and listed the consequences when Democrats help “criminal, wife-beating, terrorist illegal aliens.”

Maryland Democrat Sen. Chris Van Hollen traveled to San Salvador on Wednesday to protest alleged MS-13 member Kilmar Armando Abrego Garcia’s deportation but was denied entry into the El Salvadoran mega-prison.

“I think it’s just emblematic of the fact that the Democrat Party has been thoroughly, completely radicalized. They are an open borders party. They’re a communist party. They’re a party that excuses violence and left-wing terrorism. They are a party that’s pulling at 21%,” Miller said during an appearance on “Hannity.”

1.) The U.S. has clarified that they believe he was removed properly, I even gave you the video of the State Department saying that.
2.) is more a factual claim as to the separation of powers of the branches i.e. the courts lack jurisdiction and/or authority in context to these cases

Sen. Chris Van Hollen’s Trip To El Salvador Likely Paid For By Taxpayers, Senate Aides Say

Democratic Maryland Sen. Chris Van Hollen’s trip to El Salvador to try to secure the return of Kilmar Abrego Garcia, a deported illegal alien, was likely funded by taxpayers, six individuals familiar with congressional travel tell the Daily Caller.

Three Senate aides and one former aide told the Caller that they believe the trip was likely a Congressional Member Delegation (CODEL), which refers to an official visit abroad by members of Congress and their staff. Such trips are paid for with federal government resources.

A former senior congressional aide said, “Zero doubt the Senator either paid out of the office MRA [Member’s Representational Allowance] or paid personally and will get reimbursed as an ‘official travel’ expense.”

Do deportees usually get sent straight to prison in the country they are deported to??? The fact he is still in prison is throwing me off, if he is innocent as we are being told.

Right….for example people in Chicago often wear Bulls attire.

But people from El Salvador? Do you think he was just a bulls fan?

Or….do you think he’s dressing like an MS-13 member and hanging with MS-13 members because….he is an MS-13 member

Idk how you’re incapable of applying logic to this situation.
Or is it possible he couldn’t return to El Salvador because of treats or gang violence from Bassario 13, be because he’s a leader in a rival gang?
