The Culinary Arts Thread

@ Arlington/Memphis folks, what do you think of Ronnie Gisanti's?

It passes for decent in Memphis. You can do far worse from a "legendary" place (Coletta's or Pete and Sams) but you wont confuse it for anything really good either....

The pizza/Italian scene in Memphis is probably the worst of any major city in the US. Adjust your expectations accordingly....

Legendary family, The original was an institution. Some of the offshoots have been good.

Cannot overstate the original.

Went tonight and it straight up sucked. I've eaten better food at an Olive Garden. Service was a joke. But, I guess you can be a ****** server if you are guaranteed 20%.

I like Rizzi's in Arlington. Not a fan of Italian to begin with, but their expensive pizza is good.
