Prima Della Truffle Gouda Natural Cheese, this fromage is da bomb for budget stinky cheese. Absolutely awesome on taco seasoned ground beef for some reason.......best of all wifey and son are staying away from it...... has a very strong garlic like smell. Anytime I can find something I love that doesn't dissappear in the fridge it's a win.

I tried it as Im a fan of gouda especially smoked. My favorite use for it was in an omelet. Any truffle flavor works fantastic with eggs. It was popular on hamburgers from the flat top with runny fried egg.

God knows what it's actually made from..it's wally mart cheese, which I trust like an elevator with “out of order” tape.
