Nope. Couldn't do it. Had squid one time by accident. It was served in some sort of red sauce and I thought it was peppers severed in a sauce. Put one in my mouth, chewed once and realized what it was. Swallowed it whole. I swear that tentacle spent the next minute or so trying to crawl back up my throat.

At my fairwell dinner, one of the Korean civilians brought in a dish of deep fried something or other. Whatever it was, it was good. Had several pieces of what I thought was chicken tenders. It wasn't. It was calamari and it was really good. Presentation, texture, and taste.
Was in Florida one year and we went to a seafood buffet at a hotel. One of the dishes was fried calamari and my wife got some and was eating it like she enjoyed it and asked what is this. I told her it was squid and she looked at what was left and wouldn’t eat any more of it. 🤣

That and this are both grilled octopus. Lemon, garlic, olive oil and parsley.

I put avocado on my cheeseburger last night. That was really good.
Ive been buying frozen 1/3 lb. Angus burgers at Sam's and GFS, both same price. Sam's are $29.99 for 18, GFS are 49.99 for 30. They're really good.

Couple of weeks ago I did burgers with avocado, over easy egg topped with thick cut hickory smoked bacon. Sriracha mayo was the condiment.

I can almost taste it right now.

Avocado with a good robust olive earl that you can feel the polyphenols hit the back of your throat and fresh garlic with some salt and pepper is about as good as it gets.
