Tried a Forelle pear (grown in the USA). Like the Seckle, it’s supposed to be firm, crisp, and sweet when ripe. The vendor at the market swore that these were ripe and ready to eat (but not offering samples). This is largely flavorless.
I’m on the same team with the exception of dipping raw carrots or cauliflower in it at family get togethers. Other than that they can keep they ranch dressing.
