I think it was for a long time, now there's a few more. I don't think they're always available, but I've seen strawberry, a caramel, and seems like something else. I've only ever eaten the chocolate and banana.

I see theres chocolate, vanilla, banana, salted caramel and strawberry. Amazon has a deal to get a box of each which contain 6 in each box for $22. I need to find a box that has one of each in the box as I don't need 30 moon pies.
