I know cutting out beer is essential. I didn’t really drink beer back then, just wine. I do exercise, what I eat is important.

What you eat is at least 80% of it. You can’t put exercise bad eating. Especially at our age

Exactly. When I was still in the Bay Area I could bike 100-150 miles a week including serious elevation gain, but if I wasn’t eating well I wouldn’t lose weight.

It still pisses me off that he killed my thread and then started that one and I’m locked out. We did fine for years without the condemnation then he arrived. @Freak hates me.

I’m as active as I can possibly be and if I get off lifestyle then I gain quickly.
