@Behr, I’ve always wanted to ask you, in all your years in the food industry, did you ever lose your passion for eating certain foods or groups of foods, due to being around it all the time? I mean similar to a plumber or carpenter coming home from work and working on their own house. Don’t get me wrong, I’m still fascinated by cooking and manipulating it to taste I want it to and still love that part.

No, not really but I understand your question. I got bored with eating sometimes because of being around food all the time, but that was just in general, not tired of anything specific.
