Sounds good then.
We used to spend alot of time on a houseboat on the lake. Pulled pork was a staple in the fridge. Sometimes you just use whatever is available and easiest in between boating activities. Cold pulled pork sammich with mustard was glorious. I said glorious. GLORIOUS.

I'd kill for one right now and would love to see who would turn one down.

I just so happened to have left over pulled pork in the fridge. I will try it today at lunch.

Mustard on a pulled pork sammich is heresy.
