The Culinary Arts Thread

I'm hard headed with stuff like that. I was told and told about sous vide until I finally tried it. And I was right. You can have it and enjoy it. But I don't want any part of it.

Same with the air fryer, except I love it. Lol.

Maybe I'll try a pressure cooker at some point, but I probably won't. I like to cook and shy away from things that do most or all of it for me. I know that probably doesn't make sense. Lulz.

Just happy others enjoy theirs and they're cooking.

Same. But I tend to drink too much wine when cooking.

Beat me to it. Yes, he loves Asian, British, French, Italian, Mexican, Cuban American, African American and all other types of members. He's got a Members Only jacket too.

Not sure you should have started off "Beat me to it"......

"Up until the start of the 20th century, the main meal was what we now refer to as “lunch,” which was formerly called “dinner” because that was when Americans ate the largest meal featuring multiple courses, grand portion sizes or both. The evening meal was called “supper,” which was much lighter and more informal. Instead of cooking more food, people traditionally just ate soup or leftovers from dinner."
