To return it? She didn't have to agree, she said she'd send me the prepaid packaging. Pretty sure that was in the guarantee anyway.

I don't think she really did anything special for me that's just how they do bidness.

Really don't think there's gonna be an issue. It's in the original packaging and has the plastic cover over the screen, over the Jack's and charger port and around the charger.

Otter box is very nice. Have one for my work phone.

The phone comes with a screen protector and a super charger and I love USB c you can plug it in either way and it last longer than the micro SD chargers. I don't have a wireless charger in my home yet. I am slam still using the watch Behr put me on.

Man phones fall out of my pocket as soon as I take my otterbox off and fall and break every time. Because of the finger print on the screen the otterbox doest come with a screen protector but I can put the clip cover in front of it and I can still wireless charge and use Google pay and 5G still works good through it.

I gave mine to a friend and it's still working like gem and holding a charge for 10+ days. Can't beat that watch for the money.

I don’t use screen protectors. I hate them for starters. And fortunately, and more importantly, the otterbox cases have such a lip around the display my on average 17 drops per day don’t do anything to the screen.
