Seriously. I want a new pair of shoes that are comfortable to walk in and I'm being very indecisive. Been looking for 2 months and can't make up my mind. A pair of Under Armour are what I'm wearing now and they're fine, but I'd love to have something better.

For plain old shoes, I discovered New Balance about 20 years ago. Once I found a pair that worked for my feet (high arches), I was able to look up the last on which they were built, and whenever they fell apart, I could order a new pair built on the same last. Even when they looked entirely different.

Since I really hate shopping, this was wonderful in simplifying my life.

There ain’t a Pygmie in New Guinea that wears a 13. I know. Thirteens are hard to give away. That’s why I have so many. I only wear the 5 Lowa’s now. They kicked all the rest out of the rotation.

There’s so much in this post I agree with.
New Balance is what I go with for a work shoe (I have high arches also, that can be a pain to find something that gives support).
I really hate shopping, so when I find something that works for me, I’ll stick with it. I don’t care if it’s unfashionable.
