St. Louis-style spare ribs are the meatier ribs cut from the belly of the hog after the belly is removed. They are usually trimmed down by cutting away the hard breastbone and chewy cartilage, otherwise known as connective tissue. St. Louis-style ribs are flatter than baby back ribs, which makes them easier to brown. There is a lot of bone but also a higher amount of fat, making them very flavorful
Thanks Willie.

I have a few that fall in that range also, finding one cheaper, it’s like looking for a good book at the library and being pleasantly surprised.
Well my favorite wine I have to special order so that's usually around $16-18 depending on how much the store can order it for me. My favorite NC winery which has a stand at the Charlotte farmers market charges around $14. Then I'd say most of the wines I get directly from the winery in NC and TN when we travel and none of these wineries are cheap. I don't mind supporting these smaller guys though.

I wished I could remember that one winery that I went to in Townsend a couple of years ago. Looked like a start up and was really good and a little pricey. Took 4 bottles home that day, I’ve googled it at one time so I could give you the name of it, never could find it, something with bear in it’s name. Tennessee Valley wines, don’t care for.
