It's not crazy more than a good rice cooker and the Duo will serve as crock pot or Instapot (with rice cooker as an option). So I'd drop the crockpot an not lose countertop space. The crockpot will find a home in a cabinet. My mom bought my SIL and me an instapot for Christmas a couple years ago. I told my mom I didn't need it and/or have the space for it with the crockpot. I'm able to time out our meals properly so I saw no value compared to my SIL who has kids and uses it all the time. I think it's great for people who don't have the time and want something quick.
