I like Jason's Deli, but the one I frequent is poorly managed. I usually never complain at a restaurant, I just deal with it or stop going. But I've made several sarcastic remarks to the manager about the cleanliness. The dining area always looks like its been hit by a hurricane and its just PFL.

That would be a turn off for me, maybe even enough to not go back. I don't get over to Jason's much because it is just not in our direct area, but I definitely would have them more frequently if they were.
