No chit, the story is in the other thread somewhere, but a few years ago I was hired to do a Christmas dinner for a rich woman and 14 other people.

Anyway long story short, I made a rotel cheese sausage dip that I'm sure all of you know about in a crock pot and fried some corn tortillas. I did this just to have something for them while I was prepping everything else.

Everyone I know in Tennessee knows about this but none of these people had ever heard of it.

They had caprese salad, BBQ bacon wrapped shrimp, filet Mignon and grilled Florida lobster tail, but they went batchit crazy over that cheese dip. Begged me for the recipe. It was crazy.

*I used Tennessee Pride Hot Sausage. Fawking A!
