The most famous pizza in Memphis is the Coletta'a BBQ pizza. Their crust can't hold the toppings.

I don't care for the chewy crust at Garibaldi's.

Made the best Boston butt I've made today. Brined it all night in a mixture I got online, and that sucker fell apart trying to get it off the smoker. Added baked beans and Windys macaroni, mmmmm
