The crowd look great on TV--one question though for those in attendance

How were the concession lines and did they sell out of beer? I read somewhere they brought in 545,000 cans of beer. That may account for some of the drunk fans on both sides :yes::yes:

Lines were pretty long the two times I went. Did not sell out of beer but did sell out of water. It didn't help that concession workers were VERY slow in filling orders.

I can't speak for the whole stadium but I sat in Kulwiki Terrace and the concession lines were horrible. The people working them were insanely slow. Many people who sat near me were saying they waited 45 minutes to an hour in line for concessions. Most in my section just gave up on going down there. No telling how much money they lost on beer sales due to people giving up on those lines

I also sat in kulwicki and my dad said same thing when he went to get food

Had a great time at the game, but the concessions were horrible. We waited 40+ mins every time we went. It was absurd. The employees were carding 50 year old men and requiring a consultation from a manager for out of state DLs.

Never ran out of beer, but did run out of COLD beer. Warm stuff still worked though...

Horrible in Darrell Waltrip section. Waited over an hour for overpriced pizza that tasted like leftover frozen pizza, but we were so hungry by the time we got it, I didn't care what it cost.

Beer lines were long, 20-25 minutes or so, so I bought 2-3 a time. Our section ran out of beer in the 4th, there was a beer to be found anywhere near Richard petty terrace.

From my seat in the Earnhardt Terrace when I got hungry I just knocked on the door to the captains chambers on the blimp and they would toss some out as they passed.

Seriously long lines but no worse than other events.

No issues with getting to the front of the line in the Earnhardt section...

No huge issues at the beer line. There was a lady selling beer as you went into the restroom. Super easy

Had two beer vendors over charging on beer and water and keeping people's change. One got fired over it after a lot of complaints. Ran out of everything but Coors light in our section.

You could get beer or cocktails with vendors all over. Stopped selling beer in the late 3rd. Ran out of hot dogs which my son couldn't believe.

I was lucky enough to be in the battlefield section and never waited longer than a couple minutes

For those wondering it was a lot of high school clubs/sports working the concessions so they could get more money for their program than they would a fund raiser.
