The Continue To Pile On Nico Thread

I watched the 2nd half of that game. Nico looked pretty decent IMO. He brought them back with a chance to tie in what was a blowout early. UCLAs porous defense made enough plays too.

Glad that Coach Heupel had the guts and smarts to deny the attempted extortion and let him walk.

Glad Aguilar has played well so far.

Can’t wait to see how Aguilar and this team do against Georgia next week. A lot still left to prove. And we have even more to prove against top competition on the road.

A quick look at their schedule and it appears UCLA doesn’t have any sure fire wins ahead and after these next 2 games I would guess they will be big underdogs in the final 8 games. New Mexico didn’t get boat raced by Michigan and beat Idaho so maybe that’s a toss up? Northwestern lost to Tulane 23-3 so maybe that’s their best chance for a win? Is 1.5 wins the best guess on over/under? Their coach’s seat is going to be red hot it appears

At least Nico has his family together - especially for his little girl. And we have a scrappy quarterback. Everything is working out.

This is just a sad situation for Nico. I didn't watch the game but looked at box score. It looks like he had a decent day passing but was also the leading rusher after getting sacked twice. UClLA's offense just sucks. It makes you wonder what little brother is thinking. He is sitting there watching Nico's future go up in flames, will he stick it out or will he bail out?

He should've stayed at Arkansas but dad messed that up too

He reminds me of a slightly better version of JG. He’ll do just enough to make you think he played better, but then you look and the team only scores 23 points against a Mountain West team.

He looked better in the second half. But again, a Mountain West opponent…that went to a soft zone for un-understandable reason…and ultimately 23 points and a loss. Plus, the game ending INT.
