The Confession of Arian Foster

Well, I mean, so are like 2 billion other athletes, hardly an uncommon trait among his profession/status.

You keep shoving cameras and microphones in people's faces and it tends to have that effect.

IMHO....you're wrong with such a overzealous, generalized assumption. Not all camera/attention/interview whores are athletes, but some of them are. AF is iconic in this category. There's something missing in his life otherwise we wouldn't see so much bitterness, dislike and harboring of ill will from him for so long. I'll reserve my comment on what my theory is which is ailing him. BTW, I don't think he's a POS but rather a gifted athlete who has showed perseverance and tenacity.

Everyone is free to believe or not believe in the almight, but when it comes time for the end of my life I know where I stand and glad I have him in my corner. Adrian has his opinion. Seems like a big risk to me, but he's entitled to believe what he wants.

One thing is certain, we will all know one day.

You base this on the fact that he's said, what....3-4 controversial things in the last 6 years?

Athletes have the mic in front of them all the time. They never speak their minds. They just say the same stupid stuff because of the way we react. We want them to be real until they say something we don't like. Even if they only say it once every couple years, they are "iconic attention whores".

:eek:k:

Technically not.

If atheists are correct, you will never know. Just gone.

He isn't an atheist and has implored so many times. He's a pure agnostic.

And he's an astrophysicist, not a running back.

1. Yes, he's declared he can't prove what he has said he does believe (in other interviews)

2. That was my point about you playing the race card. He's an astrophysicist, his color is the same but he is viewed differently. Unless you are making my point, I'm not sure what you are saying?

I knew Pascal's Wager would make an appearance.

Good for Arian. As an atheist myself, more of us need to come out of the closet to show people that there's nothing "weird" at all about rejecting superstitious mumbo-jumbo.

Coming from a born again saved by Jesus blood Christian in myself, I'm not sure how this is article worthy.

Are you the kind of christian that inspires others to become christians, if so fine ! Most I know are sunday christians.

lol, What exactly makes Arian a P.O.S?

Because he fumbled at bad times?

Admitted to being given meals here?

Because he doesn't believe in god?

Even if all 3 factor in, that's an awfully screwed up reason to label someone such a thing.

I generally reserve the piece of **** label to people who abuse others, rapists, murderers, those types..but different strokes for different folks I guess?

Don't like the name either but ...

You may want to consider the commission of adultery on the bride that he vowed to love and cherish for life, fathered a daughter with, then attempted to manipulate / pressure / finance his young mistress to have his own child dismembered for a pay, while the child's body parts were most likely to be sold to the highest bidder.

You're right. Not much to see here. Pretty stand up role model for the younguns I guess.
