but that will never happen:

* hire a real QB coach (DeBord may've helped with Dobbs' stance, but that's about it)
* fire Mahoney and let DeBord take over on the OL
* fire Azzanni and hire Doug Meacham as OC & WR coach...then get out of his way

FWIW, Meacham is currently making $350,000 as co-offensive coordinator at TCU while DeBord is making $500,000.

Mahoney may have already been fired and is just holding the position and receiving the paycheck. There needs to be more understanding as to whether CBJ and DeBord are even allowing Mahoney to coach or even allowing Mahoney to choose his own players, or make his own decisions??

Coach Z and Mahoney have to be gone next year! Butch needs to find a serious Co-OC and WR coach. Debord needs help, hes really improved the run game, but needs help with the passing game. Mahoney is a great guy, but he can not coach OL in the SEC. Hes really really bad at his job, and hes getting paid really well to suck.
