There's a group in the ff that are Always bishing and moaning about giving coaches raises like its their money. I have my own understanding as to why but that's irrelevant.

I'd love to be a fly on the wall when their boss called them in the office after a noticeable improvement in the department they were in charge of and his boss inform them of a huge bonus and pay increase.

"Ah yeah, I just got one last year. I think we better hold off and see what I do the next 12 months or so".

I know it aint my money. I just looked at what he's getting now. $5 million a year with buyout at $2 million a year. Give him $10 million a year and keep the buyout as-is.
