guy is an entertainer making his living, but not on me, i rarely listen to sports talking heads or political ones and surprised when i realize people do take them seriously. same goes for print media, i gave up on the tennessean years ago because on climer and his clowns thought their moranic ramblings were worth reading. my only hope for reasonable information is the internet, and that does help since you can look at many different sources quickly.

You wouldn't have wanted Tebow wearing orange the last four years? Gator or not that kid was a great college fb player, and an even better person.

He also crossed the line (imo) when he asked Tebow if he was still a virgin. That was asked at last year's media day.

He's an immature, unprofessional whiny little blowhard.

He should have been fired on the spot for asking that question.

I used to like his stuff and always read it until he did the thing on Hood. Now, I will not read anything of his.

It's worth every penny just to hear him bash Bammers on the Finebaum show.

That should only make you read his stuff with more scrutiny. If it was a momentary lapse of judgement or the door opening to a new direction for his writings. I think he is a must read for a consensus of what a certain school of fandom is thinking at any given time.

Love the avatar. Is it one of David Mann's?

Married a cheerleader and doesn't actually work for a living. Good in my book.

On Rocky Top had a few good sections sandwiched in the middle of an immature drunk fan's experience of UT football with no knowledge of the X's and O's of the game. At times he is entertaining with a point, but most of the time a disappointing representative for UT football.

Just because he doesn't know about the Wing T and leather helmets doesn't mean he doesn't understand the landscape of 'AA athletics.

??? Are we supposed to give our opinion of him? I like him. Good book he wrote: "On Rocky Top: A Front-Row Seat to the End of an Era" Sad story, but well preserved memories, written by a true Vol fan.

Loved his books. The first one was better. The second one he stated things that gave me chills. Both good. Love the Vols!!! Always have, always will. (user name says it all)

He really enjoys the sound of his own voice...y'know, kinda like ESPN's John Miller & Joe Morgan doing a baseball game. He's all yours, gang.
