I'm guessing they told him to keep showing it while he talks so they have somethin other than watching the coach watch the play.

I think he tries to show the cool parts of the play and is still talking so he keeps rewinding.

I know, but it's unbelievably annoying. Also, know your audience. No reason to do it on a television show...save it for the film room IMO.

I'm 100% on board with this. He's a natural and it showed. That same ability he shows in making the material watcher friendly on Butch's show is what got me hooked on his radio show.

Agreed. He overdoes it:sick:. BUT love the Erik Ainge portion. His explanations are spot on and informative. And he does just fine with the "remote".

The Ainge segment is the best part of the show by far.

I watch the show every Sunday Morning. I really enjoy it. I just wish the format was more like when Majors or Fulmer sat in that chair and went over every play with John Ward. Those when when men were men and coaches show were coaches shows!
