The Four Horsemen of the SEC.

Monte= Ole Anderson- The grizzled old vet ready to pass the torch to the next generation. Although he can still apply boot to ass when called upon. Got enough gas in the tank for one more run at the top of the sport.

Eddie Gran= Tully Blanchard- The technician, never a headliner but universally respected, and can flat out get the job done.

Ed Orgeron= Arn Anderson- THE ENFORCER, loyal right hand man of the man.

Lane Kiffin= Ric Flair- Cocky, brash, confident, with charisma to burn. He has the tools and the right guys beside him to become The Man for years to come.:rock:


But if we're going with the WWE attitude era, I'll take the Stone Cold glass breaking just before our guys come through the T, with Ed O doing the SC chug-a-lug with a couple of Red Bulls 3 rows up in the student section.

I was thinking more along the lines of a DX theme....

David Reaves = X-Pac....young, brash, cocky, wouldn't have his job if it weren't for the leader of the faction.

Lance Thompson & Eddie Gran = Road Dogg and Billy Gunn. "Ladies and gentlemen, boys and girls, children of all ages....UT football proudly brings to you - it's NCAA Recruiting Tag Team Champions of the woooooooorrrrrrlllllddddd...."

Ed Orgeron = Chyna.....not the most articulate, and a bit barbarous...step to him and you can get that ass kicked. The most intimidating presence of his kind in the industry.

Monte = HHH. Sidekick to the showstopper, but arguably the most valuable member of the group....and an absolute legend.

Lane = HBK. The ladies love him, the guys want to be him...he's the leader of the most objectionable, yet most enviable, collection of coaches in the business.

Another thing this thread is doing, is making me realize how much I miss wrestling from the mid to late 90s. Granted I was a college student then but that was great. I really miss the whole Monday Night wars. To me wrestling died in 2001 after WWE bought WCW and totally botched the WCW Invasion angle.
