From what I understand, he is wildly inconsistent. He'll look like the best pitching prospect in the system one night, with sharp off-speed pitches, a dominant fastball, and hitting all his locations. Then the next start you wonder how this dude even got drafted.

These types of guys usually end up in the pen, but they are fun to dream on.
