I don't know how good of a team they were, but ultimately that is an irrelevant question. With the schedule they had this year, it's basically an objective statement they would have been a playoff team with a decent defense. Wins over UGA and OU would have gotten them there even with the Vandy loss.

With Sorsby announcing his intention, the schools attached with him the most are Texas Tech, Miami, LSU, Indiana and Tennessee.

He is a Texas kid who started his career at Indiana so either of those options make sense. I personally don’t see Miami or LSU.

Depending on what Josh Heupel wants to do at quarterback, I believe he makes a ton of sense if Tennessee wants to go get a starter. As we have said… His mother, father, sister, and brother-in-law, all live in Knoxville now so there is a natural tie to Tennessee in that regard.

The question becomes… Where does Heupel think the quarterback position is on his current roster? Is he comfortable with George heading into next year? Does he think he’s ready? Where is he with Faizon?

TT reportedly has interest in Leavitt and Raiola is a big name as well, and I'm sure he would want to fulfill his Mahomes cosplay by QBing at TT.

Not completely given that TT will only be focused on Sorsby
