The Atlanta Braves

Can they get out of the contract based on this?
Ultimately depends on the language in the contract, I guess. I'm not sure what it says. If he's suspended by MLB they don't owe him any money for the length of that suspension, but I don't know if they can void a contract based on an arrest for DUI.

Was he on probation from his other incident? If so I’d assume this would be considered a violation of that probation and he might actually get in some decent trouble here

Well he took a plea deal that I’m sure required him not to break the law so I’m thinking probably

Unfortunately DUIs aren’t a very serious legal offense. The Braves could certainly cut him but without reading any language of his contract I’m 99.99% sure it’s not voidable because of this.

Even still, cut him anyways (which I’m sure you agree with). Eat the contract and let Robbie/Willy eat

He might skate a violation of the plea deal on a technicality. His deal requires him to complete a diversion program/anger management classes, community service, illegal drug use, and stay away from his wife - I wonder if an unrelated charge like DUI doesn't violate the terms of his deal.

Ozuna to diversion program; DA might drop case

“We were able to watch 22 reps of one-on-ones between the defensive backs and receivers or tight ends Friday morning. It was definitely the defense’s day as the majority of reps ended with the ball on the ground and even one interception. My offensive MVP for the drill is Cedric Tillman while my defensive MVP is Kamal Hadden.”

But then I see this

Hadden gonna have to be a bad mamma jamma for the CBs to even have a chance

When you dig into it a little bit

Tillman (great) abused Burrell (opposite of great) and Hadden locked up Bru/Keyton

from what I’ve read, no Tillman/Hadden reps
