College coaches don’t really jump. There’s no comparison to make honestly

He definitely ain't jumping to MLB; it'd be another college job if he went anywhere. Arkansas maybe, when Van Horn retires? Not saying he'd definitely leave, but I'm sure they'd make a run at him.

College baseball seems like a more "normal" job security situation than football. Good ones stay a long time, don't always jump around.
