I’m curious and have been meaning to ask…

What does the career path look like for Vitello if he were to want to make it to MLB? Does he get a gig in the minors first? Would he go AA or AAA? Could he get a position in the bigs straight from UT?

Not familiar at all with how the coaching profession progresses.

Makes sense. The money is certainly good at UT. Just wasn’t sure how it normally panned out for good young coaches.
