Probably trending toward what this thing looks like depending on Rosario v Conforto. Love Soler but don’t know how he fits with Ozuna. Need a CFer but unless I’m missing someone, doesn’t look like much out there.

Keep forgetting about Yates. Any ETA on him?

If they are adamant about Acuna not in the field till late May, Soler seems pretty much like a bad choice. Offense>Defense but a Duvall/Soler/Ozuna outfield for two months seems like a potential nightmare.

Plus, I’d rather have Conforto. He’s better than Soler on offense and defense and we need another LH bat. Love Ozzie to death but I don’t like him at the 2 spot against righties.

I have been talking about Duvall playing centerfield since like 2019 and I hate to say I told you so but

The problem with Adam Duvall being the CFer is not his defense. It’s that he becomes an every day bat. The guy was GOOD in CF.

Reading comments on different threads. Seems like most fans are in agreement now. It's sad that Freddie won't be back. But baseball wise and move wise this is an excellent overall deal with getting Olson

Oh he’s perfectly fine out there. And while I prefer Duvy as a 4th outfielder I think at this point with Pache traded he has to be the everyday CF. And hitting him 7th and getting his 30 bombs and defense there’s a lot worse things if we get Conforto

Pache isn’t good enough to play on this team. We are talking about trying to upgrade Adam Duvall, a very good player. The lineup is insane.
