The Atlanta Braves

If I’m understanding your question....

The odds boost occurs at the time of the bet and pays out same as cash if you win.
Got it.

I know a lot of the introductory offers and "guaranteed bet regardless of outcome" promotions these places run turns your cash into site credit and a lot of people don't realize it.

What's better, $10 in cash or $150 in Fan Duel site credit? Kinda depends.

Your ‘free bets’ and ‘insurance’ are site credits that you have to re-bet. Odds boosts are $ if you win.

Yep - the various odds boosts they offer are what you really want. They'll boost something from -120 to +150 for example, and if it hits that's cash you can withdraw. A $50 free bet is not cash that could be immediately withdrawn. Now if you bet that, and you win, of course you could withdraw that.

Basically "free bet" means exactly that, not "free money."
