Well it’s not a $$$ issue. He has said our income, credit scores, etc. all look great and should be a “slam dunk” but they’re really backed up. I’m not sure if this causes it to take longer either but my wife already owned the home before we got together so now we’re trying to put my name on it as well and drop years.

Probably wouldn't hurt to at least look into it. We bought at the very end of 15 and I know if we weren't looking to move again early next year that I'd be seriously considering it. Obviously depends on what you were able to get back in 16 but there is a pretty decent chance that things compare favorably right now.

Yeah we’re kinda in the same boat. One foot out the door at our current house but not really set up just yet financially to move, either.
