The poorest way to manage assets is to get too attached to them. If they’re not helping your big league team, and aren’t really in line to do so, move them for something that can potentially help your team. It’s all a guessing game when you’re dealing with prospects, but you can’t keep them all forever.

Btw, I know Bauer is good but he’s such a dickhead and I’m glad I don’t have to root for him.

And his first start for the Reds will be in Atlanta.
