Oh come on, brother. Maybe to a degree but Sox hung 7, 8, 8 in a row. Without a lot from Betts and JD. That offense and defensive outfield is out of their collective minds. Rest of the team pretty dang good too.

They just got throttled 4 games to 1. They weren’t winning that series. Boston’s 9 hole hitter destroyed them. Their ace was ill and pitched horribly in the 4 innings he was used. Their closer was very hittable. Mook and JD were pretty pedestrian and the Astros still only won ONE game. Think about that.


You are impossible. Boston bird walked to 108 wins in a meat grinder and you continue to act like they are aren’t good. Unbelievable.

I didn’t say they were bad. They were the best team in the regular season.

They also got nine 2 out RBI from their worst offensive player. Gerritt Cole had his worst start of the year. Altuve was injured. Bregman went cold. Within a five game series Boston capitalized on the breaks.

Boston’s defensive outfield was good one win themselves that series. They are that good.
