The Atlanta Braves

Hardaway is lucky we aren't seeing them on the schedule again, cause it would be a blood bath next go around.
I assume you meant this year but they’re coming to Knoxville next season with James Wiseman, DJ Jeffries, Trendon Watford and maybe Anthony Edwards

Next years game will be incredibly lit.

With how well Bowden is playing and Josiah coming in, it might be a top 10 matchup in Knoxville.

PG Bone/Turner
SG Bowden/Turner
SF James/Pons
PF Williams/Walker
C Fulkerson/Burns

That’s a top 15 team next year and they could easily drop Zach Kent or Jalen Johnson and pick up a grad transfer big man to start if they want.

Machado’s best offer is 175/7

Don’t get me wrong, I’d love to have that offer, but in reference to what he’s asking for

😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂

You think Grant comes back?

@zjcvols

I’d be shocked if he doesn’t. He’s a 6-6 center and not an elite athlete without a great jump shot. I think he can find an NBA career but he’s a guy that will be drafted in the 40’s.

Also, with his academic career, I could definitely see him being a 4 year guy.

Wonder where he is academically though? If he's close to graduation, he might decide that he's hit his ceiling and go ahead and declare. Not like he's going to get taller at this point.

Any NBA career for him is a real longshot and surely he knows it. If I were Williams, one last year of high level college basketball would sure as hell sound a lot more fun than beginning my long slog through Turkish bus stations. In his situation I don't really think it's as much of a business decision as much as whatever he actually feels like doing.

Ohhhhhhhhhh.. he’s gonna be an NBA player

I would love to be wrong. I just don't see where a 6-5 post player who isn't that athletic, can't handle the ball that well, doesn't have a great shot, isn't a great rebounder fits in the NBA. I'm no expert so I might be way way off base. I love what he does in college but unless he has a whole boatload of ball skills that we don't really see then I don't know how it translates.

He’s a better athlete than given credit for. He’s a good passer and ball handler for his size. His shooting is gonna be the big deterrent from teams. But I think he has a role in the NBA.
